Ashwani Kumar is a 2010 batch IAS officer of the Assam cadre and alumnus of IIT Madras. Currently serving as Director, DITEC, Government of Assam, Ashwani Kumar is a visionary in digital governance, cybersecurity, and public service innovation. He has held key roles including Deputy Commissioner, State Mission Director for AMRUT & PMAY, and OSD to the Minister of Education, Government of India.
A recipient of the Chief Minister’s Award for Excellence and multiple national honours, he is also a passionate public speaker, published author, and youth mentor. This platform showcases his work, ideas, and initiatives spanning administration, technology, social equity, and creative pursuits.
