Standardized the websites of every department under the Government of Assam into a single, consistent digital presence — replacing a patchwork of inconsistent departmental sites with one accessible, uniform face for the state government online, and making it far easier for citizens to find services and information across departments.

Implemented the Online Public Grievance Redressal System (PGRS), an ambitious initiative to make government more accountable by enabling citizens across Assam to lodge grievances digitally and track their resolution — moving grievance redressal out of paper files and into a transparent, trackable online process.

As District Magistrate and Deputy Commissioner of Barpeta, developed an IT Health Management System to track health service delivery across the district — surfacing and removing bottlenecks in care right from the grassroots level, and giving district administration real oversight of how health services were actually reaching people.

As State Mission Director for the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY HFA-U/L) and AMRUT, advanced housing and urban infrastructure missions that brought approximately ₹500 crore in funding to Assam — a major boost to the state's urban housing stock and civic infrastructure.
